Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your items. This gives you plenty of time to ensure your outdoor gear meets your adventure needs.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be in original condition – unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached
  • Original packaging must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Items must be free from any odors, stains, or damage

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Bikini Bottoms
  • Bikini Sets
  • Bikini Tops
  • Bikinis & swimsuits (if the hygiene seal is removed)

We make exceptions for defective swimwear items – please contact us immediately if you receive damaged goods.

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Contact Us First: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, items you wish to return/exchange, and reason
  3. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  4. Ship Items Back: Send the items to our return address (provided upon approval)
  5. Processing: Allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return once received

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee we’ll receive your returned item.

Refund Information

Once your return is processed and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days for the refund to process
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Exchange Process

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you want is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead. For size exchanges, we’ll ship the new size once we receive your return.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll arrange a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement at no extra cost.
